Steve Carlsen (Mathilda) Is a graduate of the William Esper Studio. Steve has been seen at various NYC venues like Manhattan Repertory Theater, Cabrini Repertory Theater, 4th Street Theater in works such as Dali's Dream, A Clockwork Orange, Dislocations and in the films Ella in the Library and Sh!thead the Movie.
Dell Cherry (Griselda) Is an African-American actor born and raised in New York
City. Dell has trained at the renowned William Esper Studio and under
many other great acting coaches; and has gone on to appear in film,
television, and commercials. Dell has recently starred in a national ad
for Men's Wearhouse, Dover Demon, and most recently Ideals, a coming
of age drama currently in production. Dell believes that you should do what you love and work hard because you never know who you are inspiring.
Estelle Lee (Wicked Stepmother) Actor, writer and producer hails from Seoul where she studied law and worked briefly in finance. She took the leap to New York to pursue acting and is a graduate of the William Esper Studio. She has since enjoyed a variety of roles on stage and on screen including immersive theater piece The Oracle, the film Lotus Unraveled and on the hit CBS TV show Bull. Estelle is an accomplished interpreter working with Korean filmmakers. Her clients include: New York Asian Film Festival, Museum of Modern Art, and Netflix with whom she worked with on the premiere of the film Okja at the Cannes Film Festival. As a writer, Estelle recently wrote and produced Injustice League, and is producing One Hit Wonder, a dark comedy short film.
Olivia Moonblood (Cinderella) Is a New York native who studied the Meisner technique, movement, mask and stage combat in both William Esper Studio and Terry Knickerbocker Studio. When she’s not on stage, she looks for amazing dishes and places to experience. Currently working on a webseries called Ideals. This will be her stage debut.
Devan Mickell Gallagher (Fairy Godmother) Is based in Brooklyn, NY and is a recent graduate of the William Esper Studio. With a unique quirkiness described as Zooey Deschanel meets Aubrey Plaza, she has appeared on television in Expecto Patron, off-broadway in a variety of shows, and has numerous film credits. She is best known as "Eliza" in Z-Stuy, which she wrote and produced, The Five in Meyerside, Bougie Bettie, Emotional Intelligence, White Elephant, Simulated Theory, and Casting Chloe among others. This is her NJ stage debut.
Peter Sorisi (The Duke) Is a graduate of the William Esper Studio, believes that there is no greater rush than performing on stage. "Connecting with an audience is the greatest feeling in the world, not because people are watching me perform but rather my performance takes them to places they've never been before." Peter is the company Dance Captain and has professional competitive ballroom dancing experience and is also one of our summer camp instructors. He's been in performances of The Scarlett Letter, Broken Brothers, An Idiot's Array, Epiphany, An Avenger 3. This is his NJ theater debut.
Ryan Kay (The Prince) Is a Theater Artist residing in Queens, NY. He is passionate about telling stories that elevate the ordinary, everyday people, and places them in extraordinary circumstances. He trained for two years at The William Esper Studio in the two year, conservatory program. He is excited to be a part of Pixie’s Playground, surrounded by amazing people. He is also a member of the off-broadway chapter of Theatre68, which is a bicoastal theatre company in NYC and LA.
